fscom Joins Menopause Accreditation Programme to Strengthen Workplace Inclusion and Wellbeing
Leading professional services firm commits to becoming an Accredited Menopause Inclusive Employer

Work Life People is delighted to announce that fscom has joined the Menopause Accreditation Programme, reinforcing its commitment to employee wellbeing, workplace inclusion and positive organisational culture.
The move sees fscom become one of a growing number of forward-thinking organisations taking proactive steps to ensure employees experiencing menopause feel supported, understood and able to thrive at work.
Delivered by Karina Todd, Founder and CEO of Work Life People, the Menopause Accreditation Programme provides organisations with a structured, evidence-based framework to build menopause competence across their workforce. Through education, practical guidance and organisational support, the programme helps employers create more inclusive workplaces while strengthening wellbeing and people management practices.
Karina Todd welcomed fscom’s decision to join the programme and praised the organisation’s commitment to driving meaningful change.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome fscom to the Menopause Accreditation Programme,” she said.
“Working with such a forward-thinking organisation makes our role incredibly rewarding. Their willingness to take positive action and invest in creating a supportive workplace culture demonstrates genuine leadership and a strong commitment to employee wellbeing.”
Over the coming months, Work Life People will work closely with the fscom team, providing specialist insights, training and practical recommendations to support the organisation on its journey towards becoming an Accredited Menopause Inclusive Employer.
As part of the programme, employees across the organisation will have access to learning and resources designed to increase understanding of menopause, encourage open and supportive conversations, and equip managers and colleagues with the confidence to provide meaningful support when needed.
The initiative also forms part of fscom’s wider Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, reflecting the organisation’s belief that workplace wellbeing should be embedded within organisational culture rather than treated as a standalone issue.
In announcing its participation in the programme, fscom highlighted the importance of recognising that menopause can affect everyone, either directly or indirectly, and emphasised its commitment to engaging employees across the business throughout the accreditation process.
By taking a whole-organisation approach, fscom aims to create an environment where conversations about menopause are normalised, support is readily available, and employees feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
Karina believes initiatives like this are helping to redefine workplace wellbeing standards.
“Menopause is increasingly being recognised as an important workplace issue, and organisations like fscom are helping to lead that change,” she said. “By investing in education, awareness and practical support, they are creating a culture where employees feel valued and supported throughout every stage of their working lives.”
As more employers seek to strengthen their wellbeing and inclusion strategies, Work Life People hopes fscom’s commitment will encourage other organisations to take similar steps towards creating menopause-inclusive workplaces. The partnership marks another important milestone for the Menopause Accreditation Programme and reflects the growing recognition that supporting employees through menopause is not only the right thing to do but also an essential component of building healthy, high-performing and inclusive organisations.
