Work Life People Joins NI Chamber Business Community

Membership strengthens commitment to supporting workplace wellbeing and inclusion across Northern Ireland

Work Life People is proud to announce that it has officially joined the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber), becoming part of one of the region’s most influential networks of business leaders and organisations.

The membership marks another important milestone for the growing workplace wellbeing and inclusion consultancy as it continues to expand its reach across Northern Ireland and beyond.

Founded by Karina Todd, the organisation works with employers to create healthier, more inclusive workplaces through specialist training, coaching and accreditation programmes, with a particular focus on menopause inclusion and employee wellbeing.

Joining NI Chamber provides Work Life People with the opportunity to connect with businesses from a wide range of sectors, share best practice, and contribute to important conversations around workplace culture, wellbeing and people development.

Karina Todd welcomed the opportunity to become part of the NI Chamber community.

“We are delighted to join NI Chamber and become part of such a respected network of business leaders and organisations,” she said.

“At Work Life People, we are passionate about helping employers create workplaces where people feel supported, valued and able to perform at their best. Joining NI Chamber gives us an excellent opportunity to build new relationships, share knowledge and contribute to positive change across the Northern Ireland business community.”

As organisations continue to place greater emphasis on employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, Work Life People believes collaboration between businesses will play a vital role in driving meaningful and sustainable workplace improvements.

Through its NI Chamber membership, the organisation hopes to engage with employers who are looking to strengthen their workplace wellbeing strategies, develop more inclusive cultures and better support employees throughout different stages of their careers.

The move also aligns with Work Life People’s wider mission to raise awareness of menopause in the workplace and help organisations implement practical, evidence-based solutions that improve employee experiences and organisational performance.

With growing momentum behind workplace wellbeing initiatives across the region, Work Life People looks forward to working alongside fellow NI Chamber members to support businesses, share expertise and help create workplaces where people and organisations can thrive.

As the company continues to grow, membership of NI Chamber represents an exciting opportunity to strengthen connections, build partnerships and make a lasting difference across the Northern Ireland business sector.
