Expected Learning Outcomes

• Recognise menopause as a workplace inclusion issue and understand their role in normalising the conversation and influencing positive change
• Understand what menopause is, including the different stages, symptoms and the physical, emotional and psychological impacts it can have on individuals
• Appreciate how menopause can affect colleaguesʼ wellbeing, performance, team dynamics and retention – and learn how to offer empathy and support
• Learn how to recognise, communicate with and tailor support to the different menopause personas that can show up at work, ensuring an inclusive approach
• Understand what it means to be a Change Champion – an advocate who builds trust and helps connect colleagues with the right support and resources
• Feel confident offering practical, stigma-free support – knowing what to say (and what not to) and how to signpost colleagues to the help they need
• Recognise how they can help shift workplace culture – by normalising menopause conversations, breaking taboos and shattering the silence
