We know that work is more than just a place—it’s a part of who we are. And people are the heart of everything we do.
But what connects them?
The experiences, challenges and moments that shape us as individuals and influence how we show up at work.
Karina brings over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, having worked across the corporate, public and voluntary sectors in the UK, Ireland and further afield. Her career has spanned everything from working with board members to frontline teams, giving her a deep understanding of how organisations function – and what they need to truly thrive.
What has become clear along the way is this: people are the most valuable asset in any business and yet their wellbeing is often the most overlooked.
Alongside her finance career, Karina has spent more than 12 years working as a coach and corporate trainer, specialising in workplace wellbeing, leadership development and menopause awareness. This blend of commercial insight and people-focused support led to the creation of Work Life People.
Driven by a desire to create meaningful change, Karina founded the company to help workplaces become healthier, more human spaces – where individuals feel seen, supported and set up to succeed. Through a mix of digital learning, in-person training and live events, Work Life People delivers practical, engaging solutions that empower employees and the leaders who support them.
Karina’s work is rooted in education, empathy and expertise with a strong belief that looking after people isn’t just good ethics – it’s good business.
